MOON, TERRA, RESIDENTIAL ASSEMBLIES GOOD MORNING, GOOD AFTERNOON

The "LUNA, TERRA, GOOD MORNING, GOOD AFTERNOON RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX" project is a large-scale residential complex, located between Balotești and Tunari, Ilfov, on the Pipera-Tunari Road. The beneficiaries of the project are Derom Management and Arda Management, who collaborated to develop a modern and fully equipped complex, designed to offer its residents a comfortable and sustainable lifestyle.

Purpose of the Project

The main goal of this project was the development of modern residential complexes, equipped with all the necessary facilities to ensure a high quality living environment. The project was designed to include water supply, sewage, drainage, heating and purification systems, using advanced technologies and high quality materials, made in Romania by Valrom Industrie.

Description of the Works

The project runs from 2010 to the present and includes a series of complex and varied works for each component of the infrastructure of the residential complexes.

Water supply network – WaterKIT

Products used: HDPE pipes, water meters and valves for water supply connections.

Drilling – SpringKIT

Products used: PVC pipes for surface drilling, fully equipped with well cabins.

Sewage network – KompactKIT

Products used: D315 sewage network, branches, visitation and connection homes, mini, maxi and ultra pumping stations.

Waste water purification - AquaCLEAN

Products used: Sewage and drainage stations.

Meteoric rainwater – PluviKIT

Products used: Gutters and chimneys taking over and routing downspouts.

Indoor drainage – EasyKIT

Products used: PP pipes and fittings for internal drainage.

Hot and cold water supply – RandomKIT

Products used: PPR pipes, fittings and taps for cold and hot water supply.

Heating – AlpexKIT

Products used: PEXAL fittings.

Underfloor heating – PexKIT

Products used: Complete underfloor heating system for 200 homes.

Water Filtration, Treatment and Storage – AquaPUR

Products used: System 3-1 FSP (Filtration, Storage and Pumping), installed in the well cabin in hydrophore mode, fully equipped water treatment and filtration system.

AquaPUR included complete water treatment and filtration systems, installed in hydrophore mode. These systems were essential to ensure clean and safe drinking water.

Liquid storage – StockKIT

Products used: Water storage tanks.

Facilities and Benefits

"Located on Sos. Pipera - Tunari, between Balotești and Tunari, just 7 minutes from Pipera, the Luna neighborhood of Good Residence is the place where more than 200 families found their dream homes. We aimed to give tenants as many reasons as possible to smile because they chose us and every year we increased the list of amenities. At the moment, the neighborhood has the following functions: the Kids Club kindergarten, the sports complex and a Beauty Salon; and the Good Residence Bistro and store are nearing completion. The little ones have at their disposal 4 parks with playgrounds located in the Luna district, to enjoy their childhood to the fullest".

Development Plans

"Recently, we dedicated ourselves to the construction of phase IV Luna district, which is a continuation of the existing Luna district. It consists of 216 houses and has 4 house models: Sol (3 rooms), Atria (4 rooms), Phoenix (4 rooms) and Zeta (5 rooms); only ground floor, but also houses with two floors. The surfaces are between 106 sqm and 230 sqm, and the plots are extremely generous, as our customers are used to. The houses are classically built of concrete and brick frames, and the interior partitioning is also made of brick."

By implementing modern water supply, sewage, heating and purification systems, residential complexes offer a comfortable, safe and sustainable living environment.
