Expansion of the water supply network and establishment of the centralized sewage system

A new company success story Valrom Industry by completing the first 2 vacuum sewerage systems, made by the company, in the region of Moldova.

The project assumed expanding the water supply network and establishing the centralized sewage system in the villages of Grozești, Sălăgeni and Colțu Cornii in Grozești commune, Iaşi county. Project financed by PNDL.

The two systems are located in Grozești and Colțu Cornii, localities in the Prut meadow, located on almost flat land. Building a traditional (gravity) sewer system would have required very high pipe laying depths and over 20 sewage pumping stations.

For the two stations, 130 vacuum chambers were installed with 14 km of collecting pipe networks, made of polyethylene. These homes will take over domestic water from approximately 400 households.
