VALROM Industry has the special pleasure of inviting you to EXPO 2023, within the "Danube-Eastern Europe" Regional Water Forum, which will take place during 23-25 May 2023, at the Pavilion REDAL EXPO from Sibiu. This event is a good opportunity to explore new trends and innovations in the water sector and develop sustainable solutions for the water supply and sewage services industry in Romania.

Program of activities

EXPO 2023 is a complex event that includes many activities relevant to the water sector. We present to you some of the most important events that will take place during the exhibition:

1. The specialized exhibition "ExpoApa®" - edition number 23

  • Access to the exhibition is free and open.
  • The exhibition is an ideal platform to discover the latest products, technologies and solutions in the water industry.
  • Visitors will have the opportunity to interact directly with experts in the field and learn about the latest news and innovations.

2. International Technical-Scientific Conference "Water industry - challenges and perspectives"

  • The conference will bring together managers, designers, researchers and operators of water supply and sewage services from home and abroad.
  • Topics covered will cover the challenges and prospects of the water industry, including sustainability, emerging technologies and legislative issues.

3. Seminar "Financing water infrastructure through European funds and correlation of investment programs in the sector"

  • The seminar is organized in partnership with the Ministry of European Investments and Projects (MIPE).
  • Participants will be informed about funding opportunities through European funds for water infrastructure and will learn details about the investment program in the sector.

4. International workshop "Circular Economy"

  • The workshop is organized with the support of the Economics and Statistics Group of the International Water Association (IWA) and the Main Development - Economy Commission of the Romanian Water Association (ARA).
  • Participants will explore the concept of circular economy and understand how this approach can be applied in the water industry to reduce environmental impact.

5. "Pressure connection installation" competition

  • The competition will test the skills of the participants in the installation of pressure fittings.
  • Participants will have the opportunity to demonstrate their techniques and knowledge in front of a panel of experts in the field.

6. Company presentation sessions

  • During the exhibition, there will be presentation sessions held by various companies in the water industry.
  • These presentations will provide an opportunity to learn more about these companies' innovative products and solutions.

7. Other events of interest to the water supply and sewage services sector

  • EXPOAPA 2023 will also include other activities relevant to the water industry, such as workshops, live demonstrations and case presentations.

The location of the event

EXPO 2023 will be held at the REDAL EXPO Pavilion in Sibiu, located on Johann Sebastian Bach Street 4, Sibiu. The exhibition will be open between hours 09:00 a.m. and 17:30 p.m, giving visitors plenty of time to explore the stands and participate in the scheduled events.
