Since March 2020, since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic 🦠, the Our Grandmothers Project has been donating and safely delivering food and hygiene products to grandparents and people from vulnerable communities. The lists of beneficiaries were created with the help of the partners of the SNK Association and the authorities, and the objective of the project was to reach the harder-to-reach communities in the country, unsupported by other initiatives of this kind. 📈
The project's last action came as a response to a critical situation - it mobilized hundreds of hands that jumped to the aid of people affected by floods in Roșia Montană commune. A tir 🚛 full of food and basic necessities, 1200 bags, arrived in record time🥇 to the victims.
