Online recruitment - in order to quickly and efficiently submit your application for one of the vacant positions within Valrom, we will collect your identification data (name, surname, telephone, e-mail), as well as the personal data contained in your CV ( home address, date of birth, studies, etc.). The basis for the processing is the steps taken at the request of the candidate before the conclusion of the individual employment contract according to Art. 6 para. (1) lit. b) from Regulation (EU) no. 679/2016, as well as your consent for the processing of personal data after the completion of the initial recruitment process, a process that did not materialize with the conclusion of an individual employment contract - Art. 6 para. (1) lit. a) from Regulation (EU) no. 679/2016.
Participation in the campaign "Reward me, Valrom!" - to create a campaign participant account, certain personal data will be required to identify you (surname, surname, name of the company you represent, address, telephone, e-mail), in accordance with the regulations the campaign. These data are processed based on your consent - Art. 6 para. (1) lit. a) from Regulation (EU) no. 679/2016.

6. TO WHOM WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL DATA
Valrom Industrie SRL will not sell, trade or rent your personal information. Your data will not be passed on to a third party, unless Valrom Industrie SRL is legally obliged to do so.

7. HOW LONG WE STORE YOUR DATA
Your personal data is collected and processed throughout the period you visit our website or have an account on it.

After deleting your account, the collected personal data will be deleted within 30 days.
