How we ensure quality

MFR/MVR flow index test

We check the flow of the materials both at the reception of raw matter and after processing, ensuring the stability of physical characteristics.

Analysis of material composition

We monitor ash and carbon black content to ensure material homogeneity and performance according to standards.

Continuous monitoring of wall thickness

The pipes are constantly monitored with ultrasonic sensors to ensure compliance with the programmed dimensions. Any deviation generates an alert that is verified by production operators.
