STATEMENT ON THE INTEGRATED QUALITY-ENVIRONMENT-HEALTH AND OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY SYSTEM POLICY

Quality, the main characteristic of Valrom Industrie SRL, is ensured by:
Developing relationships with clients in order to satisfy the requirements expressed by them;
Permanent updating of product ranges, stocks and the offer presented on the market;
Ensuring the satisfaction of employees, shareholders and all stakeholders.
The objectives of the environmental policy:
Effective use of raw materials, materials and utilities in order to save natural resources;
Quantitative reduction of waste and its treatment in accordance with the legislation in force;
Continuous improvement of environmental activities and pollution prevention.

Objectives of the occupational health and safety policy:
Ensuring occupational health and safety for own employees, contractors and visitors;
Prevention of work accidents and occupational diseases;
Implementing and complying with legal and other applicable OSH requirements;
Promoting a positive attitude towards work and continuous improvement of working conditions.
The objectives of the energy policy:
Reducing the organization's energy consumption;
Improving the energy intensity indicator;
Compliance with legal requirements and other applicable requirements in the field of energy efficiency, energy use and consumption;
These objectives will be achieved through:
1. Development of the commercial capacity of the commercial company and the full integration of SMI requirements in the business processes.
2. Maintenance, operation, development and continuous improvement of the integrated management system: quality, environment, health and safety at work, energy.
3. Identification, planning, implementation, management and continuous improvement of VALROM processes using KAIZEN methods.
4. Improving internal communication at all levels of the organization and external communication with customers and stakeholders.
5. Compliance with current legislation and regulations regarding quality, environment, energy, health and safety at work.
6. The supply of quality, energy-efficient products and services purchased from evaluated suppliers.
7. Improvement of manufacturing technologies and control techniques in order to increase the performance of own products and continuous improvement of processes.
8 Continuous improvement of the capability of machines and installations by expanding the investment program through retrofits and optimizations.
9. The use of the IT system for the efficiency of internal and external communication.
10. Permanent training of all employees regarding quality assurance, environmental protection, health and safety at work so that performance in the field of quality-environment-health and safety at work is continuously improved.
11. Effective management of the financial, material and human resources available to VALROM.
12. Identifying hazards, assessing risks and establishing controls for compliance with applicable legal requirements and other requirements to which the company has subscribed according to its own OHS risks in order to eliminate OHS hazards and risks.
13. Awareness of all employees and other workers working under the control of the organization regarding their individual obligations in the field of OSH;
14. Designing workplaces, processes, facilities, equipment/machines, operational procedures and work organization on the principles of ensuring occupational health and safety and improving energy efficiency.
15. Ensuring safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injuries and illnesses, appropriate to the purpose, size and context of VALROM, as well as the specific nature of their OSH risks and opportunities.
16. Establishing and implementing the process of consultation, participation and involvement of workers and their representatives in all CSSM activities and in OSH decision-making.
17. Respecting fundamental human rights and ensuring general welfare conditions for workers and protecting them from reprisals when reporting incidents, dangers, risks and opportunities.
18. Continuously provides information on the potential environmental impact associated with the transport, delivery or use of the product, as well as end-of-life treatments and reintegration into nature of its products.
VALROM's management is committed to ensuring the framework and resources necessary to fulfill the general and specific objectives of the quality - environment - health and safety at work policy by each employee of the organization and is committed to supporting all relevant managerial roles in demonstrating their leadership in the fields their responsibility and the promotion within the organization of a culture to ensure that SMI achieves the intended results. At the same time, the objectives and strategies are developed and monitored so as to ensure the fulfillment of the organization's mission:
