VALROM Industrie has the pleasure of inviting you to EXPOAPA 2023, within the “Danube–Eastern Europe” Regional Water Forum, held 23–25 May 2023 at the REDAL EXPO Pavilion, Sibiu. Program of Activities
EXPOAPA 2023 is a comprehensive event that includes numerous activities relevant to the water sector. Below are some of the key events that will take place during the exhibition:
1. ExpoApa®” trade exhibition — 23rd edition
- Admission to the exhibition is open and free of charge.
- The exhibition is an ideal platform to discover the latest products, technologies, and solutions in the water industry.
- Visitors will have the opportunity to interact directly with industry experts and learn about the latest developments and innovations.
2. International Technical-Scientific Conference “Water Industry — Challenges and Perspectives”
- The conference will bring together managers, design engineers, researchers, and operators of water supply and sewerage services from Romania and abroad.
- The topics will address the challenges and outlook of the water industry, including sustainability, emerging technologies, and legislative/regulatory aspects.
3. Seminar: “Financing Water Infrastructure with European Funds and Aligning Sector Investment Programs”
- The seminar is organized in partnership with the Ministry of Investments and European Projects (MIPE).
- Participants will be briefed on EU funding opportunities for water infrastructure and will learn details about the sector’s investment program.
4. International Workshop: “Circular Economy”
- The workshop is organized with the support of the International Water Association’s (IWA) Statistics and Economics Specialist Group and the Romanian Water Association’s (ARA) Main Commission for Development & Economics.
- Participants will explore the concept of the circular economy and understand how this approach can be applied in the water industry to reduce environmental impact.
5. Under-Pressure Service Connection Installation” Competition
- The competition will put participants’ skills to the test in installing under-pressure service connections.
- Participants will have the opportunity to showcase their techniques and knowledge before a panel of industry specialists.
6. Company presentation sessions
- During the exhibition, there will be presentation sessions given by various companies in the water industry.
- These presentations will provide an opportunity to learn more about these companies’ innovative products and solutions.
7. Other events of interest for the water supply and sewerage services sector
- EXPOAPA 2023 will also include other activities relevant to the water industry, such as workshops, live demonstrations, and case-study presentations.
Location of the Event
EXPOAPA 2023 will take place at the REDAL EXPO Pavilion in Sibiu, located at 4 Johann Sebastian Bach Street, Sibiu. The exhibition will be open from 09:00 to 17:30, giving visitors ample time to explore the stands and attend the scheduled events.
