Our health depends on the QUALITY OF THE WATER we drink!

What is the best water?
Filtered and treated tap water, or bottled water?

Tap water from the public supply system should NOT contain impurities (sand, rust, etc.) or a chlorine taste or smell.
However, due to aging distribution networks from the source all the way to the tap, and the use of chlorine for water disinfection, we end up—whether we like it or not—consuming significant amounts of the above-mentioned “additives.”

Bottled water.
According to studies from recent years, it has been concluded that bottled water often does not meet the quality levels claimed by manufacturers and, in some cases, is no better for human health than tap water. On the contrary, if water is bottled in plastic bottles (PET) and stored at high temperatures, it effectively becomes a poison, containing high concentrations of toxic substances (such as bisphenol A) as well as harmful bacteria.
The choice of PET-bottled water seems to stem partly from habit and convenience rather than from the quality of this product.
Alternative phrasing (neutral tone):
Conversely, when water is packaged in PET plastic bottles and kept at elevated temperatures, it can accumulate higher levels of harmful substances (e.g., bisphenol A) and foster the growth of harmful bacteria. Preference for PET-bottled water often arises from habit and convenience rather than product quality.
