LUNA, TERRA, GOOD MORNING, GOOD AFTERNOON

The “LUNA, TERRA, GOOD MORNING, GOOD AFTERNOON” residential complex is a large-scale development located between Balotești and Tunari, Ilfov County, on the Pipera–Tunari Road. The project owners (beneficiaries), Derom Management and Arda Management, have collaborated to develop a modern, fully equipped complex designed to offer residents a comfortable and sustainable lifestyle.


Project Objective

The main aim of this project was to develop modern residential complexes equipped with all the necessary facilities to ensure a high quality living environment. The project was designed to include water supply, sewerage, drainage, heating and purification systems, using advanced technologies and high quality materials, manufactured in Romania by Valrom Industrie.


Scope of Work

The project has been underway since 2010 and continues to the present day, encompassing a wide range of complex, varied works for each component of the residential complexes’ infrastructure.

Water supply network – WaterKIT

Products used: HDPE pipes; water-meter chambers (meter pits/boxes); and valves for potable water service connections.

Drilling – SpringKIT

Products used: PVC pipes for surface drilling, fully equipped with well cabins.

Sewerage network – KompactKIT

Products used: DN 315 sanitary sewer network; service connections; inspection and connection manholes; MINI / MAXI / ULTRA pumping stations.

Wastewater treatment – AquaCLEAN

Products used: wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) and drainage systems.
(Alternatives: sewage treatment stations and drainage infrastructure / if onsite: package WWTPs and drain fields/infiltration systems.)

Stormwater – PluviKIT

Products used: linear drainage channels (trench drains) and downspout intake/diversion chambers (downspout catch basins).

Indoor drainage – EasyKIT

Products used: polypropylene (PP) pipes and fittings for internal (indoor) sanitary drainage.

Hot and cold water supply – RandomKIT

Products used: PP-R pipes, fittings, and valves for cold and hot water supply.

Heating – AlpexKIT

Products used: PEX-AL-PEX fittings.

Underfloor heating – PexKIT

Products used: Complete underfloor heating system for 200 homes.

Water Filtration, Treatment and Storage – AquaPUR

Products used: 3-in-1 FSP systems (Filtration, Storage & Pumping), mounted in well houses (wellhead enclosures) and configured as booster (hydrophore) sets; fully equipped water treatment and filtration systems.

AquaPUR included complete water treatment and filtration systems, installed in booster (hydrophore) configuration. These systems were essential to ensuring clean, safe water for consumption.

Products used: water storage tanks.


Facilities & Benefits

“Located on Șos. Pipera – Tunari, between Balotești and Tunari, just 7 minutes from Pipera, the Luna neighborhood of Good Residence is the place where over 200 families have found the homes they have dreamed of. We aim to give our tenants as many reasons to smile because they chose us and every year we have increased the list of facilities. At the moment, the neighborhood has the Kids Club kindergarten, the sports complex and a Beauty Salon up and running; and the Bistro and the Good Residence shop are being finalized. The little ones have at their disposal 4 parks with playgrounds located in the Luna neighborhood to enjoy childhood to the fullest”.

“In the last period we have dedicated ourselves to the construction of the Luna neighborhood phase IV, which is a continuation of the existing Luna neighborhood. It consists of 216 houses and has 4 house models: Sol (3 rooms), Atria (4 rooms), Phoenix (4 rooms) and Zeta (5 rooms); ground floor only, but also houses with a first floor. The surface areas are between 106 square meters and 230 square meters, and the plots are extremely generous, as our customers have come to expect. The houses are classically built of concrete and brick frames, and the interior partitioning is also brick.”

Technology Used

Modern technologies and equipment were used in the project to ensure the quality and durability of the work. Various assembly methods such as socket and gasket, compression, electro fusion and PPR bonding.

The “LUNA, TERRA, GOOD MORNING, GOOD AFTERNOON” residential project has had a major impact on the quality of life of residents in Balotești, Ilfov. By implementing modern water supply, sewerage, heating, and wastewater treatment systems, the residential complexes provide a comfortable, safe, and sustainable living environment.

Final Thoughts

The project demonstrates the importance of detailed planning and the use of quality materials and technologies in the development of residential complexes. We are pleased to collaborate with Derom Management and Arda Management, who have created modern, comfortable homes that respond to the current needs of the residents, sustainable and safe through the chosen solutions produced by Valrom Industrie.
